should not be sent to the dump to become landfill.  This can create a
substantial, negative environmental impact.

Briscom's environmentally responsible solution is to reuse and recycle any
working components into other computers to prolong their useable life.

We also donate working computers and laptops to numerous charities, to help
less fortune members of our community obtain computers when they would otherwise
be unable to.

Any unusable parts are then dismantled and sent to appropriate raw materials recyclers. 
This process helps to significantly reduce the amount of toxic chemicals and
heavy metals contained within these computers from becoming dangerous
pollutants.

Part of our process is to remove asset tags and labels from your equipment. 
All hard drives are then fully wiped using methods which will destroy any data
and information stored.
